Overview:
The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new subscription sales through prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a start-up environment that is going through a major growth phase.

Number of closed subscriptions against quota measured in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
Pipeline dollars created from outbound activities and completed demos
Successful hand-off of new deals to our Customer Success and Operations organization

Responsibilities
● Define and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy, aligning it with the
company’s overall goals and market trends.
● Collaborate with executive leadership, engineering, design, sales and customer success,
and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product initiatives and features.
● Lead the product roadmap planning, ensuring that it addresses customer needs, competitive landscape, and technological advancements.
● Drive the successful execution of product development, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of product quality.
● Use data and customer insights to make informed decisions, continuously optimizing products and identifying areas for improvement.
● Champion the voice of the customer, incorporating feedback into product decisions and
enhancing user experiences.
● Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and pricing.
● Analyze product performance metrics and conduct market research to identify new market opportunities and threats.

Qualifications
● 2+ years of product management experience with SaaS products.
● Tech startup experience
● Proven track record of successfully leading the development and launch of innovative products.

● Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
● Proficiency in product management methodologies, agile practices, and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

We’re looking for true Sales Hunters to join our Sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). In this role, you will help support the rapid expansion of Bluetail by generating demand for our market-leading digital aircraft records software. A successful SDR will use their hunter sales skills and a variety of communication channels (email, phone, text, social media) to connect with potential buyers with the goal of scheduling an online demonstration with one of our aviation software experts.

Overview:
The Mobile Records Specialist is a remotely based full time position that is integral to the customer
onboarding process. The MRS is an expert with aircraft records and understands the importance of
proper identification and security of these documents. The MRS will travel to customer sites and using
multiple scanning devices, digitize the customers aircraft maintenance logbooks and supporting
documents. The MRS will review, organize and upload the digital files they have scanned to the Bluetail application. A professional demeanor and superb communication abilities are required to ensure a
successful and exemplary customer experience.
